Breakfast was particularly nice, really enjoyed the location.

that was lovely hotel set in lovely area, close to the main happening areas. the staff were obliging and courteous day and night. reasonably spacious and huge rooms with comfortable beds and excellent service - just as i expected. breakfast by my taste.

Convenient location near Kuta beach and airport. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

The walls are not insulated so noise can be heard in the adjoining rooms.

I little bit disappointed and surprise about the price that Booked.net gave to me..because was more expensive than the price which the hotel gave (if I receive directly to the hotel)

The hotel was nice, the decorations were European. I truly enjoyed the food, it was fresh. The room was absolutely perfect with comfortable beds and 2 years children and the cupboard and the location was FANTASTIC. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. Besides, I parked nearby.

The staff - some of them were dishonest.

The hotel was just build, everything was new and clean. The location was ok- 2 min walking to seaside and then along the beachside to real beach about 15 min. Breakfast was good. I like the pick up from the airport but I had to remind them about it by email.

Except the manager, personel was very insecure and any questions were answered by manager anyway.
